...Patchy fog has developed in central and northeastern
Missouri...

Satellite data and surface observations indicate patchy fog has
developed in portions of central and northeastern Missouri early
this morning. Though widespread dense fog is not anticipated,
localized visibility reductions to a half mile or less are
expected through the morning rush. If driving, slow down, use
low-beam headlights, and maintain extra distance from other
vehicles.
